The Asian Institute of Management’s Policy Center released their list of the top 25 cities in the Philippines in which to live, work and operate a business. The survey broke down the cities into metro, mid-sized and small subgroups. The survey took in 90 cities and ranked them according to:

1. Dynamism of local economy
2. Cost of doing business
3. Infrastructure
4. Human resources and training
5. Responsiveness of LGU to business needs
6. Quality of life
